Entrust Singapore: a new office designed and built in 6 weeks
When Entrust, the global digital security company, had to leave its Singapore office much earlier than planned, CHO Associates designed and built its new 3,950 sq ft home in just 6 weeks, working closely with Entrust's stakeholders in the United States from first sketch to handover. The brief was simple: a warm place where the team feels they belong, ready in time.

Design direction: grounded, warm and biophilic
A charcoal ceiling, timber-look floors and clean white walls give the office a calm, dependable base, softened by natural timber, soft upholstery and warm lighting. At its heart is a framed preserved-moss green wall, the office's key biophilic feature, paired with a hummingbird mural that nods to the brand line "Securing a World in Motion". The brand colour is saved for the halo-lit logo at reception, so that first impression stands out.
Spaces made for people
- Café: window booths, round tables and lounge chairs for lunch, quick catch-ups and longer conversations.
- Pantry: a waterfall-edge island under a glass-globe pendant, a natural spot for coffee and celebrations.
- Open workspace: shared desks with ergonomic chairs, facing the green wall.
How we delivered in 6 weeks
We planned the programme backwards from the date the old office had to be handed back, kept design, M&E and construction under one team with one point of contact, and kept approvals moving across time zones with Entrust's US stakeholders.
